How it works ?
Multinational Companies like IBM, DELL, NOKIA, SAMSUNG, MICROSOFT, HP, SONY, etc spend enormous amount on advertising and are constantly trying to find out what their customer want?
Many  market research companies (Survey Companies) are conducting surveys on behalf of Multinational Companies. By conducting online market research they can access customers at home, in the office or wherever they are for honest reaction to the specific products.
The Survey companies send survey invitation by Email.
The survey contains a list of questions designed to find out what people like, what they are interested in, what kind of products they buy, why they choose one product over another, what they think of certain products, how much they spend on various products etc., Each question of the survey has 4 to 5 choice answers among which you have to choose an answer according to your opinion
